CAN I BORROW Rs. 25 ?....

A woman came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find her 5-year old son waiting for her at the door.

SON: 'Mummy, may I ask you a question?'

MUM: 'Yeah sure, what it is?' replied the woman.

SON: 'Mummy, how much do you make an hour?'

MUM: 'That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?' the woman said angrily.
SON: 'I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?'

MUM: 'If you must know, I make
Rs. 50 an hour.'

SON: 'Oh,' the little boy replied, with his head down.

SON: 'Mummy, may I please borrow Rs.25?'

The mother was furious, 'If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I don't work hard everyday for such childish frivolities.'

The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door..

The woman sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money?

After about an hour or so, the woman had calmed down , and started to think:

Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that Rs.25.00 and he really didn't ask for money very often. The woman went to the door of the little boy's room and opened the door.

'Are you asleep, son?' She asked.

'No Mummy, I'm awake,' replied the boy.

'I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier' said the woman. 'It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's the Rs.25 you asked for.'

The little boy sat straight up, smiling. 'Oh, thank you Mummy!' he yelled. Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills.

The woman saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again.

The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his mother.

'Why do you want more money if you already have some?' the mother grumbled.

'Because I didn't have enough, but now I do,' the little boy replied.

'Mummy, I have Rs.50 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you.'

The mother was crushed. She put his arms around her little son, and she begged for his forgiveness.

It's just a short reminder to all of you working so hard in life. We should not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts. Do remember to share that R50 worth of your time with someone you love.

If we die tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of hours. But the family & friends we leave behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives.

Whatta Match - RCB vs MI

Whatta Match Today!

You Park in Residency Road due to Traffic....Walk down to Chinnaswamy... You enter Gate 13 and 3 minutes later BOOOM!!! A minute later an injured guard walks up all bleeding .. He is taken in a stretcher and he collapses!

Then you enter the stadium and you find yourself the only one cheering for MI amidst all the RCB fans!
An agonizing wait for the toss and the match to start; in between all the calls from friends & relatives (we love you all!).
Damn you AirTel, my GPRS wasn't working.... was planning for some FB activity.
Finally at 4.50 some action on the field. Wowww - I saw the legend batting! There was something to cheer about in Ist innings while MI batted.... We cheered all the 3 drop catches and all the sixes and fours!
In the break, we got a free (and decent - better than Office caterer) meal which we tried to gobble up as somebody reserved the seats for us while we ate - Thanks Rakshith! By the time we were back, RCB innings started and there was nothing much to cheer about...We were tired of the shouting and we were hoping the match got over soon!

Finally came out of the stadium around 8.20 ( through gate 12 - where the blast occurred) and started our journey back to the car while "Indra Dev" welcomed us with a few drops of relief! In between we did hear the rumors of a few more bomb explosions and diffusion! Seems like one more exploded at AK circle and another one was diffused at Gate No. 8.

Thumbs up to all the Guards who kept their patience and let the match take place.
Thumbs down to all those who tried to disrupt the match! (Were they hoping RCB gets 1 point out of the game :-p ?)

My Experience with NCR Rain - who says the Delhi is very hot and summer are bad!!! read below

Hi,
We all believe that Delhi and north region is just impossible to live as it is believed to be a place where one can live in summers or rather I should say right from march till sept or oct. This season is proving u all wrong. It is raining in Delhi and NCR since past more than a week and guess what , for all those who have seen Bangalore ki barish, its just like that, drizzling , all of sudden heavy rain, then again no rain,.....An extra feature is sand storm.....
I witnessed this rain very closely today...
I got ready for my office as usual, it was raining heavily..... so I decided to wait for it to slow down... as it slowed down, I left house in hurry and luckily got rickshaw also......
half the way to office as I reached, there was a heavy traffic jam...... Now like all rickshaw walas , this guy also thought he is the smartest and he can skip this jam... so he tried to take rickshaw from a side path.... I warned him that there is a GADDHA in the road at that place, (I know as I go from that route daily)... but he ignored my warning and took that way saying nahi madam, wo to bhar diya hai .....
and next moment , rickshaw was half in air..... and other half in GADDHA .... ha ha ha ha ha ha :))) (Now I am laughing but not at that moment....).... and the scene was rickshaw in danger, me already got down from rickshaw, my purse totally in water, ..... my cloths all drenched...... my umbrella seemed of no use at that point.... I was shouting at rickshaw wala that when I warned u and asked u not to go from thr, y did u take it from thr........... but the destiny and goddess rain does not stop thr..... it started raining heavily again all of sudden.............................
now there was nothing to do..... I cant go back to home as on the reverse side the traffic was even worse....... I again started towards office ..... and by the time I reached office , there was just a smile at ppl's face in office .... a smile which is a chuckling one...... and a mischievous Good Morning ....... :D
I could not help it but to smile back and say a very good morning to u too..........
So this was my journey from my home to office , which is walking a 20 min walk and by rickshaw max 10 min.........
Can you say now also that Delhi and NCR are very HOT in SUMMER.....
its not true any more..... come and enjoy .... oopssssss . not the experience which I had, :D :D :D but a better one... :)
;)
